Michelle Brathwaite
Vice Chair
Michelle Brathwaite is Regional Vice President at Primerica. She is also a Communicator, Educator, who helps Achieve Financial Wellness. Michelle in 2009 was promoted to Regional Vice President becoming the first Black female Regional Vice President in Massachusetts. 25+years and counting she has helped families build, grow and pass down generational wealth through investment strategies, estate preservation and taxation strategies. Very active in the Boston community and licensed in 12 states; her true passion is conducting her monthly virtual Building Black Wealth seminar series as well as designing customized Financial Wellness seminars for companies, churches, social organizations and youth groups.

Nina Charnley

Nina Charnley brings a unique and diverse set of executive leadership, digital transformation, financial, risk and regulated industries, customer experience and consulting expertise to the board room. She has successfully grown, restored and built businesses in every division of Fortune 100 financial services companies serving millions of customers. Nina served as Head of Enterprise Customer Experience for TIAA, a Fortune 100 financial services company with over $1 trillion in assets under management and 5 million customers. As a Senior Managing Director, she was a member of the Executive Leadership Group, a leader for the Digital Transformation Team and Chaired the Customer Experience Board which she created as a governance entity. Over her career in financial services she has run multi- billion dollar businesses, reported to the Board of a large, public regional bank as head of Risk, developed and launched an online bank and several digital products and capabilities. While at Bank of America she created the strategy, infrastructure, template and accountabilities matrix for Bank of America’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion program. Nina has deep financial acumen and broad experience across diverse and regulated industries.
Nina has been a speaker at conferences for customer experience, technology, Diversity and Inclusion, women’s financial literacy and diversified financial services. She currently serves as a non executive director on the board of Berkshire Bank (BHLB/NYSE) and is on the Advisory Board of Women’s Business League and has served as a board member and committee chair for Strong Women Strong Girls, RI Children’s Museum and RI Hospital (Lifespan) and a mentor for Babson College, Women’s Money Matters and Everwise.

Sarah Connors

Sarah Connors is the Vice President of Communications and Patient Advocacy at CG Oncology, a company focused on delivering innovative immunotherapies for people suffering with bladder cancer. Sarah has held a series of leadership roles at small to mid-size pharmaceutical companies, with a focus on immunology and oncology, including Kronos Bio, Karyopharm, Oncopeptides and AMAG Pharmaceuticals. Most recently, Sarah served as Vice President of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations at Kronos Bio. Earlier in her career Sarah spent 10 years at Sanofi Genzyme in communications roles of increasing responsibility across multiple divisions. Sarah received her B.A. in English from the College of the Holy Cross and her M.B.A. with a focus in health sector management from Boston University.

Shannon Gath is a distinguished senior technology executive with over 25 years of experience in the technology, life sciences, and financial services sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Teradyne, she has been instrumental in driving transformative IT initiatives that enhance global business strategies. Shannon's leadership has earned her numerous accolades, including recognition as one of the 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology by the National Diversity Council and Boston CIO of the Year by InspireCIO. As Board Chair of Women’s Money Matters, she is dedicated to empowering women living on low incomes through financial education and advocacy. Shannon holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University and actively promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion within her professional community.

Imran Malek
Imran Malek is an Associate attorney at Kirkland & Ellis in Boston. His practice focuses on large corporate transactions with a focus within the biotech and technology space. In addition to his corporate clients, Imran also serves as a pro bono attorney for small businesses and non-profits. Prior to his time as a lawyer, Imran was a software engineer and product manager at multiple startups in the Boston area.

Kate joined State Street from BNYM where she spent 25 years in various operational, service and sales roles, most recently as the US head of Asset Owner business development.
